How does DirectOffers save me money?
A full-service buyer agent earns the buyer-side commission by searching, showing and negotiating with you. If you'd rather find and view homes yourself, DirectOffers returns up to 80% of the buyer-side commission the seller offers, at closing, and keeps 20% as our fee. For example, on a $900,000 home with a 2.5% buyer-side commission, that is up to $18,000.
Is this legal and legitimate?
